Junior Business Development Manager – Munich Germany

Role Overview
ASEA is seeking an early‑career Junior Business Development Manager to support and engage high‑potential independent distributors in Hungary. This position will work out of our Munich Germany office.
This role is part of the Business Development team and focuses primarily on relationship‑based distributor support, with additional responsibilities in coordination, reporting, and communication. You will work closely with ASEA's European team based in Munich and gain hands‑on exposure to international business development.
What You'll Do
Brand Partner (Distributor) Support (Primary Focus)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a group of independent distributors (Brand Partners)
- Serve as a key point of contact, providing guidance, follow‑up, and day‑to‑day support
- Support distributor engagement, development, and consistency through regular communication
- Assist with trainings, webinars, meetings, and business development initiatives
- Contribute to distributor recognition and engagement activities
Coordination & Reporting
- Track distributor performance and key metrics
- Prepare simple reports and updates for internal teams
- Support distributor communications related to initiatives and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth execution
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Early‑career experience in business development, coordination, customer or partner support, or project‑based roles
- Interest in relationship‑driven and entrepreneurial business models
- Experience in direct selling or partner‑based environments is a plus, but not required

Languages & Availability
- Fluent Hungarian and English (written and spoken) - required
- Additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility to occasionally support evening or weekend activities
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or events
