This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with global colleagues and field representatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive engagement through strategic participation in high-impact industry tradeshows, virtual events, webinars, workshops and other relevant activities - identifying key opportunities and representing the brand effectively.
  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and communications in support of product launches, industry partnerships, promotional campaigns, sales meetings, tradeshows, and other marketing activations.
  • Strategize and execute integrated campaigns leveraging both traditional (print advertising, collateral, direct mail) and digital (social media, email, digital advertising, websites) marketing channels.
  • Own the event plan, editorial calendar, and internal and external communications within the area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with US and Business Unit Marketing and MarCom teams to help shape overarching marketing strategies across marketing channels: websites, e-marketing tools, digital advertising, social media, and other digital tactics.
  • Develop and manage promotional programs to generate leads at key shows and events; partner with external vendors to ensure programs run on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Continuously monitor program performance, including ROI analytics, sales objectives, budget tracking, and advertising and promotion reporting.
  • Assess existing marketing materials for activations - revising literature as needed, archiving outdated assets, and maximizing digital-first approaches wherever possible.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities including Salesforce updates, business plans, expense reporting, budget forecasting, and weekly activity reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on events and communications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, and web analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in campaign design and execution.
  • Experience with data analytics and dashboard creation.
  • Highly creative and strategic thinker with the ability to identify target audiences and develop campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
