THE OPPORTUNITY:

Reporting to the Technical Art Manger, the Elite Coordinator position is responsible for compiling and managing data for Elite Programs, ensuring their progress is accurately tracked and completed within the required timelines. This role involves utilizing Salesforce to monitor program milestones through to completion and collaborating with Special Account Support Staff and Line Development teams to develop the best overall product. The Elite Coordinator will oversee multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring all objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours 8am-4pm. – Hybrid; 1 day onsite, up to 4 days remote.

Pay: $20-22/hr

 

A Typical Day (job functions) | Data + Details + Monitor + Deadlines + Communicate

  • Create accurate and organized lists in Excel that can be seamlessly transferred into SalesForce, ensuring all required data fields are completed correctly.
  • Manage and update programs daily in Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely progress tracking.
  • Communicate with Art Leads to support program implementation and provide clear art guidance.
  • Monitor daily program activities in Salesforce and collaborate with the Lead to ensure a smooth, roadblock-free process.
  • Monitor and address inquiries in the question queue for active Salesforce programs, ensuring resolution within required timelines.
  • Conduct quality checks on art tasks and communicate identified issues to Art Leads to drive process improvements.
  • Regularly communicate with the Manager/Lead to update them on the progress of process improvements.
  • Monitor PNGs workflow for Amazon Access.
  • Maintain daily task loads; ensuring completion of the required workload as directed by leader
  • Actively collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings as directed by the leader, ensuring full participation and engagement.
  • Oversee Salesforce improvements, development and maintain workflow routing.
  • Follow safety practices; identify problems and work to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards
  • Promote, embrace and display Lakeshirts' core values on a daily basis
  • Other responsibilities as directed

  • High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or art departments preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Excel required; and Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude while consistently embracing and promoting company values.
  • Equally, must be able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong eye for design composition and layout.
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively direct others.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to group success.
