About being our Pacific Northwest Group Regional Marketing Manager

Do you have a passion for driving innovative A/E/C marketing strategies and guiding successful pursuits? Psomas is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to help shape our brand and support our growth in the Pacific Northwest.

In this role, you'll partner closely with our in-house industry experts, business development professionals, and regional leadership to influence marketing strategy, pursuit decisions, and brand presence within our employee-owned firm. You'll lead and support proposals, interview presentations, as well as conferences and sponsorship activities, and focused marketing campaigns across Psomas' diverse service lines, which include survey and geospatial, civil engineering, transportation planning, environmental services, landscape architecture, and construction management. Our Marketing Managers are supported by a pool of corporate-wide marketing coordinators who provide proposal assistance. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professionalism and the ability to represent the company with warmth and approachability while occasionally participating in industry association events.

Responsibility Highlights for our Regional Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement innovative pursuit strategies that drive growth and elevate Psomas' brand across the Pacific Northwest.
• Stay well-versed in our service lines, client base, and the Pacific Northwest A/E/C sector to inspire fresh, impactful marketing approaches.
• Lead strategic decision making with our technical leads and marketing team in the pursuit go/no-go process.
• Collaborate with internal managers, team members, and external subconsultants to develop winning strategies for all pursuit phases including leading interdisciplinary teams through the interview preparation process.
• Ensure proactive and timely pursuit management, supporting the marketing team to motivate project managers and team members to meet deadlines.
• Partner with Business Development on long-term, complex, and large-scale pursuits and monitor pursuits and marketing team capacity; track key pursuit data in our CRM software.
• Champion quality and consistency by overseeing proposal and interview materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, spelling, grammar, and strong storytelling and communicating feedback to ensure brand standards and objectives are met.
• Oversee regular reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) including wins, losses, and other relevant metrics to track performance, inform strategy, and lead meaningful client debriefs with regional leadership.

Minimum Qualifications to be our Regional Marketing Manager

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Demonstrated experience in marketing leadership or related role(s)
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong writing and editing skills; understanding how to convey detailed information effectively to a target audience
• Experience with a civil engineering firm or in the A/E/C industry 

Preferred Qualifications for our Regional Marketing Manager

• Located near Wenatchee, Tacoma, or Seattle (the expectation of a hybrid schedule is a minimum of three days in the office)
• Graphic design technical skills and experience  
• Proficiency in Unanet CRM
